Features
Dose timing, shared care, and a clear history
The dose timing math, done for you
Most common medicines follow the same two rules: a minimum number of hours between doses, and a maximum number of doses per day. Set both once and the dashboard does the mental math for you, showing safe or wait for every medicine at a glance. Add reminder times to any medicine and the day stays on schedule.
Share the load
Traditionally, handoffs between caretakers mean a text thread, a phone call, or a sticky note on the counter: what was given and when, with the rest left for the next person to work out. With Medicine Tracker, each caretaker gets their own login and can view and log doses in one place every other caretaker can see. The shared record does the coordinating, and nobody has to reconstruct the day from scattered messages and notes.
Never wonder who gave what
When more than one person shares caretaking responsibility for someone, the history keeps everyone on the same page. Every entry names who logged each dose and when, so a busy day never turns into guesswork.
Multiple families
Every family you care for. One login.
Care rarely stays inside one household. With Medicine Tracker you can belong to more than one family at a time. Keep track of medicines in your own family while logging doses for a parent or a grandchild in theirs.
Each family is its own record, and each family decides which of its members you can see. Households stay separate. Care stays shared.
Why we built it
Built for real families with busy lives
How long has it been since the last pain reliever? Was that dose at midnight or at two? Did Grandpa already get his evening pills? Most medication apps assume one person manages everything and remembers everything. Medicine Tracker is built for how families actually work: two parents trading shifts with a sick kid, siblings coordinating care for Mom, a babysitter covering the afternoon dose. Nobody has to hold the math in their head. One family record. Every caretaker in the loop.
How it works
Three steps to one shared record
-
Create your family
Add the people you care for: kids, parents, anyone with medicines to track.
-
Invite your other caretakers
Each caretaker gets their own login. Admins manage the family; members log and see doses.
-
Log once, everyone knows
A dose logged on one phone appears on every phone, with the safety status updated for the whole family.

FAQ
Questions families ask us
Is Medicine Tracker free?
Yes, Medicine Tracker is free to download and offers an always-free plan that includes 2 family members, 5 medicines, dose safety status, unlimited reminder times, and 30 days of history. Premium adds unlimited members and medicines, full history, caretaker invites, and export for doctor visits at $4.99 per month or $34.99 per year, with a 14 day free trial that does not ask for a card.
Does everyone in the family need Premium?
No. One subscription covers the whole family: the person who upgrades holds the plan, and every caretaker in that family gets the premium features, the same way a family streaming plan works. Everyone else uses their free account. A free account can also belong to several premium families at once, so a grandparent can be part of two households without paying for either.
Can I belong to more than one family?
Yes. You can belong to several families at once, and each keeps its own separate record. The family that invites you chooses which of its members you can see, so nothing crosses between households.
How is this different from Medisafe or other medication apps?
Most medication apps are built around one account that manages everything. Medicine Tracker is built for coordination: several caretakers, each with their own login, logging into the same family record. The safety status is computed from everyone's logs, so it reflects what the whole family has given, not just what one phone knows.
Is my family's health information sold or used for ads?
No. There are no ads on any plan, and your family's health information is not sold or shared with advertisers. You can export or delete your data at any time. The Privacy Policy has the full details.
Does it give medical advice?
No. Medicine Tracker tracks what you configure and shows timing status based on the limits you set. It does not provide medical advice or check drug interactions. Always follow the guidance of your healthcare provider.
When does it launch, and on what devices?
October 2026 on iPhone and Android in the United States. Waitlist members hear from us first on launch day.
What is the Founders' Lifetime offer?
The first 500 users can buy every Premium feature for a one time $39.99. You will never be billed again. Waitlist members hear about it before anyone else.
What happens if I stop paying for Premium?
Nothing is deleted, ever. Your family drops to the free plan: you keep your data, other caretakers can still see everything, and you can resubscribe any time to pick up exactly where you left off.
